WOD: "Creepy Crawler"


Skill
Snatch complex - 1 set consists of 1 Power Snatch, 1 Hang Squat
Snatch, and 1 Overhead Squat. The goal is to successfully complete 1
set of the complex every min on the min (EMOM) for 10 minutes. To
determine the weight to use, complete sets of the complex increasing
weight each set. When you reach a set that is challenging to complete
the complex, use that weight. If you make all 10 minutes, increase the
weight next time.

3 Rounds:
- 25 Front Squats
- 25 Ring Dips (Scale to push-ups if not RX Dips for all 75 reps)
Rest 2 Min
3 Rounds:
- 25 Box Jumps
- 25 Burpees
