In 2011, 2012 and 2013 Michael was voted having the “best training facility" and was voted “best trainer" in Fairfield County as well as featured on the Today Show, CT Style, WTNH Ch 8 and Ch 12 News. Michael believes that every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition by being consistent in following the steps necessary to achieve that goal. Over the past 16 years as a personal trainer, he has worked with clients aged 4-94 of all fitness levels, helping them accomplish things they never thought imaginable. “When there’s a will there’s a way” but with that will comes hard work and dedication to a complete fitness routine. His mission is to fully educate his clients about exercise, nutrition, and most of all maintaining a healthy lifestyle. His goal is to give them the vision and necessary steps to effectively get them to where they want to be. As your personal trainer, Michael will provide the necessary tools you need to accomplish the end result through progressively challenging and invigorating workouts. Michaels background is in PT, and Exercise Science with extensive experience in Athletic Conditioning, Pediatric + Adult Special Needs Fitness Training. His training certifications include NASM, ACSM, IFFA, ACE, TRX, CrossFit Level 1, and is a CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer.
